Key Responsibilities
1. Develop 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for the Architecture disciplin
2. Handle complete BIM modeling workflow from concept to detailed design phase.
3. Review architectural drawings and models for QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
4. Work on Scan to BIM projects with a deep understanding of handling point cloud data, registration, and modeling as per LOD requirements.
5. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Structure, MEP) for clash detection and resolution (if applicable).
6. Prepare architectural sheets, documentation, and annotations within the BIM environment.
7. Follow the BIM execution plan (BEP) and adhere to project-specific standards and naming conventions.
8. Maintain documentation, including drawing sheets, schedules, and architectural details.Role:
